About Carl
Carl Lordi, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Park Square, based in Nutley, NJ has represented clients all over North and Central Jersey. He has been a leading top producer with over 20 years in the real estate industry. Known for his extensive market knowledge and dedication to his clients, Carl’s success is based almost exclusively on positive referrals and repeat business.
Before beginning his real estate career, Carl was a high school history teacher. His schedule as a teacher allowed time for him to venture into the real estate world and he immediately found success. Before teaching, Carl had an extensive background in sales providing many of the skills needed as a realtor. Passionate about helping others with one of the most important investments in their lives, Carl has continued to leverage his know-how and experience to exceed his client’s expectations.
Shortly after the start of his real estate business, Carl urged his then girlfriend and now wife, Linda, to get her license “just to help when he was at school”. Linda obtained her license and there was no looking back. Carl and Linda worked as one of the most successful teams in the area. After many years as a top team, they decided it was time to open their own brokerage. 20 years later, Linda’s focus is on running their real estate office along with their son Daniel Jensen who is their Broker Manager while Carl continues to help his growing list of clients.
In his free time, Carl enjoys reading and most importantly, spending time with his family including his five young grandchildren. With an inground pool, the summers are full of fun with the kids. It’s not unusual for Carl to go straight from pool time to a property showing. With the support of Linda, Dan and a great group of successful agents in his office, Carl has managed a successful career without sacrificing family time.
